IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING SWIMMING POOLS
We do not guarantee the use of community swimming pools outside the main summer season. Swimming pools will be open from 1st July until 31st August. Outside that period we cannot be made responsible for swimming pools not being open.



The entrance door leads into the upper level of the house where you will find the main living area.

Upper floor
There is a lovely living room with dining area, fully equipped separate kitchen with acces to dining area, cloakroom and lovely terrace with sea views.

Internal staircase leads down to the lower level of the house where you will find the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Groundfloor

The main bedroom has an ensuite full family bathroom and there are 2 other bedrooms that share a full shower room.
All 3 bedrooms have a double bed ( 1.35m)

At this level you have access to the bottom terrace and lovely private garden.




Kitchen
The separate kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob and oven, hot water boiler, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, hand blender and all kitchenware and utensils. You can access the dining area from the kitchen and from the lounge.
