The accommodation comprises: a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine; a bathroom with bidet and shower; 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds, both have fully fitted wardrobes, bedside units, chests of drawers and fly screens. A comfortably furnished lounge/diner with Spanish and English TV and WiFi with patio doors to the covered, south west facing, terrace with a built-in barbecue and provision for eating and relaxing outside. From the terrace there is gated access to the well kept gardens and community pool. The bedrooms and living area have reversible A/C and ceiling fans.

Mojácar and all its surrounding towns and villages have their individual street markets where everyone can enjoy local cuisine, tradition, colour – and the REAL Spain!
Situated only an hours drive from Almeria international airport and 1.5 to 2.5 hour drive to the airports of Murcia and Alicante. Mojácar has excellent motorway access and in the next few years will be served by the AVE high speed train from Madrid.
