La Mata is a very nice complex, situated at the end of Mojácar Playa, towards neighbour village Garrucha. Approximately 200m from the beach road. The communal grounds consists of well maintained communal gardens with a large swimming pool in the middle and sufficient parking space.Close to this complex is a very nice and popular sandy beach, with small Hotel and restaurant bar called Rio Abajo. This is a third floor apartment on La Mata Mojacar Playa and comprises: lounge dining room with TV, DVD, and access to terrace, modern fitted kitchen, main bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobes, access to terrace, second bedroom with one single bed and one double bed and built in wardrobes and one complete bathroom.
