For sale is a plot of rustic land that is included in the new local building plan but has a status of "suelo urbanizable no consolidado" which means it cannot currently be built on but this could likely change in the future. There are actually 3 plots that make up the 7672m2; 1774m2, 2348m2 and 3550m2. One of the plots has a house on it built in the late 70's. The house is in bad shape but there is the option to re-build this.
