Coming into the villa via archway access with double iron gates and through a small shaded porch into the large, light and airy kitchen. The gleaming kitchen is fitted with top quality cream floor units with plenty of storage space and beautiful grey worktops and a 2 seat breakfast bar placed in front of a large window which faces out towards the beautiful scenery. There are safety windows installed, a large extractor fan, gas hob etc.
Archway access from the kitchen into the spacious living room which includes an office corner, free standing wood burner and large lounge area. On the right there is access directly into the master bedroom which benefits from built in floor to ceiling wardrobes, a swinging chair and an en suite bathroom with a bath and over head shower, separate shower cubicle, double vanity unit, 2 wash basins and 2 mirrors. The gardens are tiered and have been split into well designed separate entertainment areas. Directly to the right you are lead up to the wonderful well thought out barbecue/ Jacuzzi area. The area consists of the gravelled barbecue section which has been sectioned off with a large well maintained bush, this leads out to the large stone cladding landing on which the Jacuzzi has been placed and behind this is a shaded bench with large trees above allowing a nice cool relaxing spot for your guests. To access the next section you come back down the patch and to the right where there are stone cladding steps which lead to a beautifully tiled path which winds through a large oasis of immaculate, blooming shrubs and trees, in the middle of which is a large wooden gazebo with a seating area, allowing you to sit amongst nature. Further to the left is 2 rooms separate from the main building, one of which is a laundry room that comes equipped with a wash basin, dryer and 2 washing machines, the other was previously used as a tool/ storage shed. To the left of this is stairs that lead up to the roof terrace, the best spot to really appreciate the surroundings.

You will also find supermarkets and further bars and restaurants along the seaside boulevard in Mojacar Playa and also a secondary school which is only 3,5 km from the property. The closest airport is Almeria, which is 45 minutes away, while the international airport of Murcia is one and a half hours away and Alicante airport is a two hour drive away. The airport of Malaga is two and a half hours drive.
